They are very very poor at support. However, I have a dedicated server for which I use my own serve admin person and IO have not had to ask support for any help sine the early days so I am happy. I think this is true of most organizations. There are so many things that can go wrong with a serve that it is best to have complete access to your own dedicated server and then you don't have to rely on their support teams who know nothing.

Having said that, if you want a free host and get a free domain in the bargain (that's right: free monthly hosting and free domain name for life) see http://GoodDomainHost.com

Re: a good domain host

hmm have to say that the quality of the interface is nowhere near as simple as freeparking (though freeparking is not quite so colourful and looks dated).

That said the pricing is much better..

Re: a good domain host

oh and just so I have said it online somewhere - 1and1 are completely hopeless, worst provider ever.

Re: a good domain host

not used them before - thought they were spammers but maybe I am mixing them up with someone else ;) I'll check them out!

Re: a good domain host

well freeparking was the best in its day but now i have all my domains with 123reg. Much much cheaper and just as good. Better support as well (if needed). Freeparkings prices are out of date and expensive.
